This is a test post. I might migrate onto a seperate full-scale food-blog at a later point. I recently discovered quite a few food-blogs and wanted to try out some recipes, and more importantly, take pictures of the dishes.
Heres one that I tried last weekend, its called Beerakaaya (Ridge Gourd)Pappu a dish from Andhra (southern India) (Recipe Courtesy Latha) -
My dish looks redder in color, looks more like sambhar.
